Cancellation Policy
There is a charge of 50% of service total for any no-shows or cancellations within a FULL 24 hours. New clients that no-show/no call will not be permitted future bookings. Clients who develop a pattern of consistent cancellations for facial services may be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 40% and require 48 hour cancellation notice.
